Thank you for selecting The Commerce Club as the setting for your special function. We are dedicated to working with you to make your affair a happy and memorable experience.
Valet parking is available to members and guests who are visiting the Club.
Written directions and map showing how to get to the Club are available for reproduction.
Member’s full name and account number are required at the time reservations are made.
Banquet menus, room arrangements and other details pertinent to your function should be submitted
one week prior to your function date.
Guaranteed reservations must be made firm with a final guest count no later than 12:00 noon on the
business day prior to your event. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after this time.
Corporate casual dress is permitted at the Club. This does not include jeans, t-shirts, shorts, or athletic wear.
The host is responsible for the conduct of quests. Hosts and their guests are not permitted in the kitchen or other service areas of the Club at any time.
The Commerce Club is responsible for the quality and freshness of the food served to its guests. Due to current health regulations, food may not be taken off the premises after it has been prepared and served.

We request advance notification of the name(s), telephone number(s) and mailing addresses of all outside professional consultants such as entertainers, florists, cake caterers, and photographers in order that documentation can be forwarded to them concerning Club policies.
We consider musicians, photographers and other professional consultants as staff; therefore, they must
abide by the following:
7.1. Musicians must set up, store music cases, and be in proper dress 15 minutes
before guests are due in the designated room.
7.2. Musicians, photographers and other professional consultants are not to eat or
drink from the buffet or bar. Arrangements can be made in advance to provide a room to serve staff.
7.3. Club employees may not assist outside professionals with set-ups without
consent forms from management.
No one under 21 years of age will be served alcoholic beverages on Club premises. The Commerce Club is responsible for the administration of Georgia Department of Revenue regulations; therefore, our policy stipulates that no liquor or wine may be brought into the Club from outside sources.
The use of sparklers or throwing of rice, glitter, bird seed, fresh flower petals, small confetti and similar materials are strictly forbidden. For any other confetti that is permissible, there will be a $250 clean-up charge.
